The Forward Deployed Marketer Course

A new course at NIAT that trains our best students to become forward deployed marketers, the operators shipping AI-native marketing services for global businesses.

Why we’re running this course

The marketing stack changed.
The talent hasn’t caught up.

AI-native marketing services are the latest and fastest-growing category on the modern operator career map. Outbound, content, deliverability, and RevOps are being rebuilt around modern AI tooling, and the companies leading that rebuild are hiring differently.

This course is our response. It trains NIAT students not to describe the shift but to be deployed into it, inside a marketing team, inside an AI-native services company, or inside their own venture, from day one.

We call the outcome a forward deployed marketer, an operator who adds value against a live P&L, not a marketing generalist and not a junior engineer.

06What happens after the twelve weeks?

Top operators from Season 1 graduate into pod-lead roles for Season 2 and are actively surfaced to hiring partners. Others continue their studies at NIAT with a portfolio of live client work.
